Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION LENGTH:
All regular prices are for an all day (up to 8 hour) rental. All rentals over 8 hours may be charged according to the number of hours rented.

SETUP:
Inflatables can be setup on grass, dirt ($25), concrete, asphalt, or indoors. There is a charge if there are steps in the path to the setup area. Client is responsible for measuring their setup area to make sure there is a large enough space for setup. If, upon delivery, Jump N Bounce discovers there is not enough space for setup, then a cancellation fee may be applied, up to the full amount of the rental. Hills or slight inclines in setup location should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways have to be a minimum of 4 feet wide for all inflatables.

BEFORE THE DELIVERY PERSON ARRIVES:
Please make sure that the yard is ready for setup. Animals must be in a secured area, away from the area the unit is being setup. It is also the client's responsibility to have the sprinklers and sprinkler lines clearly marked. We cannot be held responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler/sprinkler lines during set up/take down of units.

DELIVERY POLICY:
Someone over the age of 18 with a valid California issued ID/Driver's License must be present to sign for all equipment. If no one at least 18 years of age is home, the delivery person cannot wait. There will be a minimum fee of $25 to redeliver your equipment, if the delivery person is available to do so.

WATER SLIDES:
Water Slides require a regular garden hose (not provided) within range of the setup area. Water slides do not come with mats or any cushions to be placed under the pool area. If client wishes to place mats for extra cushion, client needs to provide it to the delivery person during the setup time. Water should be turned off when the water slide is not being used.

TABLES, CHAIRS AND CANOPIES/TENTS:
These items will be dropped off at the client's address, but not setup. Setup of these items is entirely the renter's responsibility. We ask that the items be prepared for pick-up just as they were dropped off; tables, chairs and canopies/tents should be folded and stacked as they were when dropped off.

PARK POLICY:
It is the client's responsibility to get a permit with the city or park. Rental reservation must be placed in the name of the person on the permit. Client must provide us with the permit number that was issued from the city or park, or we will not be able to deliver your equipment. It is important that your cell phone is turned on and near you so you can answer it if the delivery person needs to reach you for any reason. If you don't answer the cell phone and he can't find you, he will leave the park and go to his next delivery. There will be a minimum fee of $25 to redeliver your equipment, if the delivery person is available to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that things happen and a client may have to cancel their reservation. If a client decides to cancel their reservation, they may do so without a cancellation fee, as long as the cancellation is at least 72 hours before their reservation day. If client cancels their order within 72 hours of their reservation date, a cancellation fee of $25 may be applied. In order to cancel, you must call 714.744.4433.

If your reservation required a nonrefundable deposit, the full deposit amount will be retained by Jump N Bounce in the event there is a cancellation.

RAIN/INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the event of rain or inclement weather during your rental, client is allowed to cancel the same day of delivery without any cancellation fee. It is the client's responsibility to call Jump N Bounce to cancel their order on rain/inclement weather days before 7am. If client decides to cancel order once the Jump "N" Bounce delivery person has already arrived at their location, then Jump N Bounce reserves the right to charge client a cancellation fee of $25 for not contacting before delivery. If client cancels the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that Jump N Bounce can deliver if weather conditions get better.

If client decides to go ahead with the order even though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, then we will deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the setup or rental time, Jump N Bounce reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns, with no refund provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or end any order if we feel weather conditions or forecasted weather conditions are unsafe for usage of inflatables or equipment. This is strictly for the safety of the children.

In the event of rain during your rental, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the inflatable. It is your responsibility to unplug the blower from the electrical outlet and place it in a dry location. If the weather clears up, reconnect the blower so the water can run out and wipe the inflatable with a towel until dry. Once the unit is dry and safe, children are able to go back in.

WATER POLICY:
Water is only to be placed on Water Slides. If water is put on any other unit there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $100.

Note: Due to constant product development and improvement, delivered unit may differ slightly from picture.

DAMAGE WAIVER:
If the Damage Waiver is purchased, it will protect client from being responsible for any unintentional damages to rental items. This damage waiver is not insurance. Damage waiver does not cover theft, misuse, intentional damage, loss due to failure to care for the unit(s), loss of any rental and replacement cost.
