    Q.Do Parks Allow Bounce Houses & Inflatables? ▼

    Yes — most parks throughout Orange County allow inflatables. Some require:

    • A park permit
    • Proof of insurance (most parks already have our insurance on file)
     
    After placing your order online, you will receive an instant confirmation/invoice email. Just reply that email with your requirements and well handle it for you.
     
    We handle park rentals every week — it’s a smooth process.
     
    Q.Do I Need a Generator? ▼
    A.
    Yes. All parks require a Generator to be rented from us.
     
    When adding your inflatable to the cart, you will have the option to add a generator. We deliver it, set it up, fuel it, and handle everything.
     
    You may not use your own generator.
    Q.What Time Should I Select When Booking? ▼
    A.
    Select your actual event start and end time.
     
    Example: If your event is 1:00pm - 4:00pm, choose 1:00pm for the start time and 4:00pm for the end time.
     
    • We may arrive up to 1 hour before your start time for setup
    • We may return up to 1 hour after your end time for pickup

    Times can be adjusted after booking to accommodate your needs.
     
    Everything will be up and running prior to your event start time. We do this every week — timing is handled smoothly.
